I would liek to ask a question regarding frames that is can i actually have frames within frames... Apparently i have a top-left nested frame and in my main frame i would like to have a top frame.

Is there any possibilities doing so? if there is, can anyone tell me how do i go about saving the frames ? If there isn't what are the alternatives are available to do such because when i use layers ( in which i am not good at using it ) they are so out of place... please....anyone.......heeeeeelppppp.....
