My question is when I create pop-up menu, and close the preference menu.
How do I go back to "Show Pop-Up Menu" preferences and make other changes, thank you

Look at the right hand side panel where you created your behaviours which is the pop-up menu.

At the panel, there is a white colour space where you will see the behaviours you have created eg; -onMouseout - hide popup menu .... double click on the little icon( screw shape for Dreamweaver 8 or a black arrow for DreamweaverMX2004) in between the words onMouseout - hide popup menu.

Once you double clicked on it , you'll be able to edit your pop-up menu.
