ASP upload 3 works for insert but not update

<b>I get the above error on an update record using asp upload 3.01 but it works fine on inserting a record. Is this happening because of the order I construct an update form, or is it a glitch in the script or perhaps a permissions problem on my server?

Thank you so much. This one was error was very annoying as it happened even when I made a test page. Appologise for posting in the wrong forum but I performed a search in the entire forum for "Eelse" and it didn't come up with a post.
