Does ASP upload 3.0 have to have Flash 8 player loaded on the client? My company will only load Player 6 and/or 7.

Only if you use the special Flash Upload Control bundled with Pure ASP UPload 3.

However the control includes the ExpressInstall feature so any users with older flash players will get an instant inline flash player update!
