-DMXzUnable to Activate Extensions Unresponsive

I am new to this website, and purchased Flash Album and Slideshow Pro Bundle 2 on May 24. When I try to start the program, I get an error message saying, "Can not find your sale, probably invalid serial number. Please try again." When I click on the link to have that info sent to me, I am sent the same username and password that do not work.
I have even reinstalled both extensions with the same result.
I have emailed DMXzone six times about this problem, but no one has responded. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get some help with this issue? This is some of the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

It seems you have entered an invalid serial, you can find your serial at MyDMXzone/My Purchases when you are loged in here. Just copy/paste it.
It can be that the support is replying a bit late because of the holiday season.

They finally replied. Apparently I had two accounts and was trying to activate with the wrong account. Duh!
