First time posting. I was wondering if anyone here has created a guestbook in Dreamweaver or are there any tutorials (free or $) here that shows one how to create a guestbook?

Sorry I am not familiar with server side tech, but can a guestbook be made using php, cgi, etc?

I will gladly pay for any tutorial that would help me get through this project.
