Hi everyone

I have just designed two web sitres for friends of mine and the designing and building bit i feel i am quite good at, however, coding for SEO leaves me a bit behind!!! Can anyone help. Because the sites are fairly flash based with mm menus etc, i am finding it hard to get a good rank on Google etc.
I would be grateful if anyone could give me some feedback on how to inject decent html content into these sites.
