I'm using photoshop and DW MX 2004, I slice my images in PS and then insert to DW.
In DW my site looks like this
<img src="www.pbase.com/pta30/image/57843144.jpg" border=0>

but when I preview in ie the text I wrote over the image moves (stays absolute)like this:

<img src="www.pbase.com/pta30/image/57843145.jpg" border=0>

how do I link the text to the image so that it sticks to it when the screen resizes.

check the left alignment of your menu. let say it is 100px from left and the width of the menu is 150px. Based on that, set the alignment of your text div to something higher, like 175px so there is a 25 px spacing from menu to text div.

Hope it helps,

Hi,

I'm building a site using the same method as you, PS &gt; DW. I also used a layer to try and get text on there that would scroll. Problem is, you can not put a layer in a table. Also the layer sets its placing based on px from the position of the browswer, so if you resize your browser, the text layer gets moved around.

I'm trying to find a fix for this as well. If you've found one please please pass that on to me!

Getting really frustrated with this problem.

Thanks
