I'm using DWMX2004, I'm a complete novice at creating websites. What I'm doing is very simple:

I want the image and the layer of text on top of my image to both be centered in the browser, one on top of the other. I want them completely centered in the browser, no matter the width of the browser, and so that they are always on top of one another.
