I have create a inventory page that pulls records from my access database.
That works fine, then I created a link from the image (thumbnail) returned by
the database to a full size picture. The problem is it goes directly to the
image I want to set it up to go to a detail page so users can use navigation
to get around instead of the back button in ie. Can somebody give a some
sort of direction. Tutorial or something.

just sounds like you've set the binding up wrong.

when you put the thumb on the page and link it, use 'goto detail page' in the server behaviours tab.
this will give you a few options to fill out.

then you can set your page up that you've set as the 'detail' that you just set in the previous box, and you can add your full size image, navigation etc..

finally a bit of tweaking to allow the users to flick thru the images will be needed, but see if you can get that stuff working first, then we can sort the navigation bit for ya

I must be missing something I am using DW 8 and if I go to the Server Behaviours I do not see anything about goto Detail page. Can you help me out a little bit more. I really do appricate the fast response though.

Okay I finally figured out how to pass the url to the detail page. Now I am trying to figure out how to add navigation to the detail page. I have done some research but it seems since I am passing a query to the detail page with only (1) result that I am going to need some cfm coding. Can somebody maybe give me an idea where to search or a tutorial on how to make it work. This is a link to my Master page just click any thumbnail and it will take you to my detail page where you can see my problems.
