Breadcrumbs extention and new message

I installed the potentially useful breadcrumb extension and began getting this message:Macromedia Dreamweaver
While executing in insertbar.xml, the following JavaScript error(s) occorred:
ReferenceError: SERVERMODEL_JSP is not defined
It happens just opening, or trying to open a file, or a new page. Any ideas of what I do to get past this?
