PLease help.

I want to disable a form depending on the day of the week. I'm no programmer and have been reading a lot about the way to do it, buy I do not know how to accomplish this. My super simplified idea/example would be:

If today is thursday then the form is disable= true
if is not Thursday then Enabled

Can I do something like that??? Please any ideas...any
