I cant find a solution for this anywhere! Any help greatly appreciated.

Problem is Im not really sure of the technical term to describe what Im looking for.

Im trying to setup a form for a online coffee delivery store and am trying to create an intelligent form that accepts multiple quantities and options of an identical item.

ie:
I want the user to select from a group of drop down lists: quantity, type of coffee, cup size, milk type etc
If the user selects more than 1 cup, the appropriate number of rows is generated with options for cup size,milk type etc for each cup.
