I may be blind but I can't find anywhere on this site where a buyer can contact support for help. I've read the manual and the FAQ but they don't answer my question.

Does DMX Zone provide email or phone support for their products?

Now, to anyone who has experience with SlidShow Pro, do you know how to keep text permanently displayed on a slide? I want to add a REPLAY link on the final slide. There seems to no way to accomplish this. The movie does not loop. Does anyone have any info they can share on this?
