DW 8 - Control Layers between iFrames

Question:
Is it possible to control the visibility of a layer between seperate iFrames?
i.e.
<img src="www.12ds.com/images/iframequestion.gif" border=0>
Using the Mouseover action in iFrame1, control the Visability of the layer in iFrame 2?
So far my attempts using behaviors>changeproperty>onMouseOver have been unsuccessful. I can only get it to work for layers within the same iFrame. Any help on this is much appreciated.
