Hi i'm kiran and i had purchased the product yesterday and i had also recieved a confirmation mail from kargi about receiving the amount.But till now i haven't recieved the product nor the downloadable file for installing the advanced html editor for asp.Please respond me

Yes but i couldn't find any purchases made byme.but i had actually made a purchase and the product is Advanced html editor and i had also recieved the confirmtion mail from kagi confirming my amount and that i will be recieving mail which contains the downloadable file from dmxzone.com.And also i have one more request - How long can i use your product if i purchase it?
