How do I lock the code collapse section?

The problem I am having, and it just may be because this is a functionality that is not available in Dreamweaver 8, is that I can't lock out the code that I have collapsed. I don't mean locking out the code in the sense that a template would do (making it uneditable), but I want to be able to collapse and uncollapse several sections of code and have that GUI property to stay. I don't want the collapsed region properties to go away once I uncollapse it and click outside the region that used to be collapsed. Any advice?
