This should be an easy one but its driving me nuts!!

I have added a forum to my site and have and placed a link on the index page. In the page design I have used flash text but it will not link when uploaded. If I preview the page in my browser it links to my forum no problem but live on the web it just clicks and does nothing. I know that the url in the flash properties box is ok, it must be as it wouldnt find it by previewing in MX.
