I using Dreamweaver 8, Pure PHP Upload 2.1.2, OS X
I have installed the Update.


When I`m trying to put the PHP Upload Extension in a webpage I got this error:

While executing onLoad in Pure PHP Upload.htm, the
following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file Pure PHP Upload:
ReferenceError: initializeUI is not defined

I get the same using dreamweaver 8 on a mac

anybody got any suggestions how to fix this

I too am getting these errors with DW8 on both Win and Mac when I try to use Pure PHP Upload as well as SmartMailer
