I have a site that has a local, testing and remote enviorment. The database connection string for local and testing is diffrent then the one for production. So I've set the folder that contains the files that hold the connection sting to cloak "with the red line through the folder) However when I change it on local it seems to authomatically change the ones on test and remote.

Can anyone please tell me how to lock down these files?
