Hi Jatin,
You can create a menu like that in either java or dhtml, it's up to what your comfortable with... You can find tutorials on how to create these types on menu's by either (a). Search "DHTML Vertical Menu" in google search or (b). go to: www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/index.html
