center align issue dreamweaver mx 2004 7.0.1

My issue is as follows:

I have also included my html code from both templates at the bottom of this email.

Gallery is the only problem page. The main body area table row needs to be 500 pixels in height (so I can insert a w 800 x h 500 flash media) the other 4 pages main body area table row is 376 pixels in height (index, services, about us and contact).

I have a 2 templates. Everything is exactly the same except for one of the templates (main body) table row is 376 in and the other 500 in height.

PROBLEM: When using center align for both templates (I want all pages to be seamless) the template with 500 row height shifts around 10 pixels to the left when viewed on a 21" monitor (showing the dark grey background color) from within all browsers out there. The only work around is left align and want to use the center align! Or, I could make it 500 in height but then my footer artwork is way down and not visible taking away from my design.
