Hi - hoping someone can assist me with this. I'm a web designer and am building out a site for a client of mine. One of the features they want included on their site is a section that provides a quote/order form with pricing and file upload option similar to what is found here at www.colormaxdigital.com/ssl/newcolormax/. I'm looking for something that is pre-built that I can just customize for them as I don't have the necessary PHP knowledge to build this from scratch. Can someone point me in the right direction if they know of a program that exists like this? My budget is a bit limited on this project, so affordable solutions are the most welcome.

I have yet to find any extension or form software that is work crap.
