Dynamic List/Menu HELP

Hey there. I have 2 Dynamic List/Menu set up in my search page.

In this List/menu there is a Static Option which I have set to 'All Categories' and 'All Locations'.

When I search using these two selections, I get no results from the search.

If i select another option such as a Category and Location, I get the results.

Can anyone suggest what I have to do to get the static All Categories and Locations working or should I have done this a different way.

This was solved by inserting the % in the Value field of the Static Options of the Dynamic List/Menu.

is there any way you could put up the code for this? i can't simply update a table based on the search!!
