A potential client has asked if we can build an e-zine facility into their website CMS. Would the Smart Mailer extension be what I need to create this?

Visitors to the site need to be able to opt in or out by submitting their email address. The client would require the ability to create/edit multiple templates (different visitors will sign up to different e-zines) in their CMS, all online.

Is Smart Mailer the extension for me?
