I downloaded the Pure php for Dreamweaver MX V6.0 to create upload for user files and it does not appear as presented in the tutorial and I never see the Panel in step 6 for php.

Instead I have toolbar php which is not referenced.

I am using allwebco hosting and was told to use php.

Any suggestions or scripts I can try?
