I am trying to use the mail uploaded file extension as part of a form. When I do, and try to use dynamic variables in the option box for the sender's name and email, I get the following error in my browser:

ADODB.Field error '800a0bcd'

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

If I remove the dynamic data in the mail uploaded file options box, the attachment is emailed and uploaded fine, but no record is inserted into the database, and no other information is sent in the email, like the pertinent contact information.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
