Hello;

I need some help over designing a webpage,
although I have not started yet, but I had this problem before and I could not solve it, so I want to get some help before I go further and face a problem which make me to redesign it again,

Here is what I want:

a row on top for banner,
a column on the left side 160 pixel
a coumn on the right side, 160 pixel
and a table in the middle for text and some pics,
( the middle table will have 3 columns and 11 rows, and more rows will be added as I find more material to fill.

here is the problem i had before for the similar kind of design,
the middle table which has 3 columns and 11 rows, these columns will not stay in tact, something happen and the size will change, and columns will not have same width anymore.
and even change the size of table on the right side,

now I don't know how many table I should draw to make it secure,
i mean should I have a table for right and one table for left column?
or just use a column of the main table.

and which table should be nested in which.

my idea of layout size is 760 pixel width
if there is an better idea I am open to sugestion.
