Hello,

I just installed the Smart Image Processor and am getting the following error message:

Error: System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException: A generic error occurred in GDI+. at System.Drawing.Image.Save(String filename, ImageCodecInfo encoder, EncoderParameters encoderParams) at _ASP.ResizeImage_aspx.Page_Load(Object s, EventArgs e)

I hope someone can give me an idea of what it means, and how to correct the problem.

I have this error too after moving my client's site to a new server following a hardware failure. Can't upload images and the phone is glowing red - please help!
