Does any support exist out there?

I've emailed every day for the last 5 days needing to get my installation count reset for my extensions. No reply! This is my living and I need them to start a new projects I am undertaking.

I recently purchased Dreaweaver 8 and at first my computer didn't like it. After uninstalling, reinstalling, putting MX2004 back in, doing it again and then finally re-installing my operating system everything now works well. Except that after upgrading to the DW8 fixed version of one of the DMXZone extensions I now find that I have exceeded the installation limit on the extension as each time I uninstalled and reinstalled I had to do the same with the extensions.

If support exists and are reading this then PLEASE reset my installation count as per my emails. You say that the extensions are written "by developers for developers", please bear this in mind. We are not hobbyists, we do this for a job and need the tools that we have paid for to do this job. I think that the extensions from DMXZone are excellent, but from a professional point of view the support is equally as important, and this is where the company falls down.

Another day past and still no response.

Anyone looking to buy these extensions think carefully. They are very good, they work well, but if you want after sales support forget it.

Thanks guys. Just reinstalled it and I'm back on track now.

I didn't mean to appear rude, and hope you didn't read it like that. I try to be fair in this sort of situation. As I have said, I do think that your extensions are amazing and worth every penny, and I also understand your desire to protect your codes from piracy (and the way you do it is probably the only way I can think of to do it), but also hope you appreciate the frustration it may cause.

Thanks for acting.
