For the authors of this book, the attachments in your Ebook are completely inaccessible in Acrobat Reader 7.0. Every time I try access the attachments it says that the security settings prohibit me from accessing the content even when there are no security settings at all. I managed to get the attachments out using Acrobat 6.0
