Please someone help me!! I'm trying to write Japanese character on my site using Dreamweaver MX but it converts to question marks. Is it possible to write Japanese character and be readable when the site is opened? Do I have to get some kind of program to write Japanese? I'll appreciate a lot if someone could help me with this... Thank you.
