Swap Flash movie with image in same table or frame

I am building a realestate virtual walkthru site that has multiple thumbs and a single flash movie. I need to be able to restart the movie after someone has viewed the thumbs and it needs to be crossbrowser compatible back to 4.0 browsers. Any ideas?
