I wonder could someone just take a look at the following page on my website please.

I have to admit that I am a novice when it comes to javascript. My understanding is getting much better as I work my way through the book I bought and the associated tutorials.

However, I am unable, at the moment at least, to diagnose when something is not working as it should.

I have completed, as you will see, an online photo gallery. The user has the option of viewing each picture individually, or by using the slide show option.

The problem appears to be when you initially view the page for the first time. The first image is meant to load when the page loads, but all I can see is a small square in the middle of the page. The picture will show when you hit the 'reload' button.

It only seems to work once the images have been stored in your local cache.

This is obviously annoying me, as it would potentially put user off from viewing the photos on the page.

Any and all help would be gratefully appreciated.
