Hello DMXzone community. I am a newbie and I don't know a thing about PHP or Dreamweaver. However, I am part of an "anonymous" internet forum and we are trying to incorporate a personals section similar to this:

The moderator of the forum uses PHP and MySQL databases. He's very busy and doesn't know much about programming. However, he said if I could find a workable script that he could use he would implement it on his site. Nothing too fancy. Something very basic. Can anyone help me? I don't know where to turn to or where to even begin. I'm using Macromedia DreamweaverMX 2004 (the 30 day trial version) and I recently downloaded the latest version of PHP5 for Windows (Yes I'm using XP). Can anyone help me?
