When I try to install a program on the server this is what I get:

<b>Initial phase of database upgrade completed.

Selected Languages installed to the database.

Selected Modules installed to the database.

Unable to open MySQL_izicontents203m_new_install.sql file

Installation has failed.</b>

Though the files are where they suppose to be.

And when I goto the site Iget the following:

<b>Site unavailable. mysql is not running</b>

Though the host says that mysql is running.
Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?

Got it had to make a few adjustments in the config.php file and it worked.<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
