I get this error on the sendpassword.php page.

I have tried many times and still get this error.
If I go ahead and enter my email and the valcode, it sends the password to me, but in the messge part of the code reads out. Anyone get this to work for them? I have even made a direct copy and paste from the book and still get this error.

Help!
