I posted this on a blog, wanted the topic to ring here too...On the topic of low-cost (free) <b>project tracking/management</b>, may I suggest <i>dotProject</i> (PHP). For <b>bug tracking[b], there's <i>Bugzilla</i> of course but I've come to like <i>Fly Spray</i>. If you use Windows and are looking for an easy CVS, <i>Tortoise CVS</i> may work out well - if you're a right-clicker like me since it has Winshell integration, hehe. Perfect for my machine(s), but [b]I'm looking for a group online CVS solution - preferably MySQL based</b>.
Unfortunately, there hasn't been a solid "client review" system, to show designs/revision - so my handy-dandy Dreamweaver/Fireworks come to the rescue, but I wouldn't mind using an open-source project.
No, I don't get paid for those, I just use them daily... Tortoise is new for me though! <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

What's a CVS Chris? Is it one of those customer support ticketing systems?

No, a customer support ticket thing would fall into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), a CVS stands for <i>Concurrent Versioning System</i>, basically it's a database that will auto-track every version of a file you check-in/check-out. It will track my code changes for me, allowing me to roll-back if I create too many bugs on a page, or a group of pages (folder).
Since my development has gotten larger (more clients, more projects, more headaches, and an assistant), I've had to delegate work, and still do/track my work while playing phone jockey. Using some sort of CVS will help me not make a copy of a file, then a copy of a copy, etc.etc.etc.
I don't think I explained it at best I could, but it's early here, hehe. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle> Here's FOLDOC's answer what a CVS is:
foldoc.doc.ic.ac.uk/foldoc/foldoc.cgi?query=CVS&action=Search
