DSN LESS connect success but database show "empty"

I use the way of "DSN LESS" connect to a database. The connection string like this "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source="&Server.MapPath("/shop.mdb"
At the Dreamwaver mX connection setting was test successful. But at the "Database" - "Table" it show "empty" ! It hadn't show the "mdb" file I created before. But when I use the way of "DSN" connect to a database. It can show the "mdb" file.
Please help me!
