Hahahaha, how cool you did this!
I have also experience with Interakt and WebAssist but they get this scores from me:
Interakt
Product innovation: 7
Product quality: 2.5
Customer care and support: 6
(The quality of the product is good, but the code is very strange and you can not customize or implement Interakt Extensions as easy as in DMXZone extensions)
Webassist
Product innovation: 6
Product quality: 7.5
Customer care and support: 5.5
(I have only bought their WA E-cart extension but I think it is very cool and good! Also the new tutorials are great!)
For DMXZone I have to admit that the support is not always that good, but there are not enough people that have the right knowledge to help you. I have many DMXZone extenions and I'm ASP(.NET) developer. When ASP minded people need help with their extensions I always try to help them out.
In many times I just point to a specific FAQ article... most of the time the answer is already known.
DMXZONE
Product innovation: 6
Product quality: 8
Customer care and support: 6

I think people confuse what the term "support" really means some times.
DMXZone has always offered extensive tutorials with their products which cover different implementation facets of their tools. What I often see in the "support requests" from people are not really that at all, but more "Help me build my website" questions. That would be like complaining about Adobe Photoshop because Adobe's support won't tell you how to design a good logo for your sister's dog manicuring business. Support is about the item working as intended, not doing all your work for you.
I understand some people may disagree, but I am just giving my 2 cents.

Thank you for feeling my pain.
I own DMXzone, InterAKT, and WebAssist extensions, and have been a DW user since v1.2 and Ultradev when it was released. I have coded my own extensions that stay in-house due to lack of time to develop them for the mass market (tutorials, documentation, etc.). I love every extension I've ever purchased, and <i>most</i> that I've downloaded.
I agree with all views expressed above, I can say the same about Macromedia extensions and their products too, but I will never leave my DW because of it! <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle> I find it a compliment to those extension makers (DMXzone, InterAKT, WebAssist) that we can name them at will.

What do I need a tutorial for if the software doesn't work properly? It's a shame that supporters here do not even answer a post and not even telling customers that they don't have the time to help.
And why do Webassist and interakt answer to even the most stupid question and DMXZone doesn't even answer to specifiy problems? I paid a lot of money for these extensions and I do can expect to get at least a respond.
This simply sucks.
