Hi everybody

I'm new to the forums and I am hoping that there is someone that can help me. I have created an animated button that I want to use in an off line presentation. The button is placed after the initial preloader together with identical buttons to navigate to various parts of the presentation. However, try as I may, I have been unable to get the button to function properly. The action that I want is that once the button has been clicked, and the animation has ended (button dissapears as if it has sunk into water, and then rises again) for it to load a different scene, but it will not do this. I have placed the source file here: www.freewebs.com/kurtdhis/button.fla if anybody would like to take a look at it and help me, if possible. Thanks in advance. I am using Macromedia Flash MX 2004.

Can you post the AS (Actionscript) code that's for that button please. Also a list of <i>Scene names</i>, and any important <i>Frame Labels</i> would be good to know too.

Chris

I have uplaoded the entire project without some of the images and elements, to try and reduce on file size to the following url: www.freewebs.com/kurtdhis/On.zip

This project is a work in progress, and is as yet incomplete. I would like to solve this problem that I have with the buttons, if possible, so that I can continue with development. Any help would be appreciated.

That ZIP file doesn't open right, please re-upload. You could also post the AS (Actionscript) code here so others can read. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
