I am creating a site and would like to include the following features
<ul><li>sign up for newsletter</li><li>rss feed for articles</li><li>easy way to display news and archive old news</li><li>site search</li><li>blog</li></ul>

Everyone tells me I need a CMS for this, but which one? I don't know php so I need it to be simple... any ideas?

For a PHP CMS solution, I'd mainly look at phpWebSite, Drupal, or Mambo - those ring off the top of my head.
