Hey there,

I am trying to export a simple html file into outlook 2003 to use as a stationery.

When i go to select the file as stationery the graphics are not there and the formatting of the original html document is over ridden.

Is there an easy way around this - or a solution that enables DMX export as html mail?

Thanks
Chris

ok - i have used DMX and uploaded files to website - flash component works but not one jpg file is linked to

so

i did what you suggested BUT frontpage is my default generator there so....
laid out a html format using Fpage - previews excellent THEN
at the msoft word translation all of the cell image backgrounds are lost BUT
the main graphics are there

SO

using msoft word as editor HOWEVER
cannot lay out the page using cell image backgrounds and there are continual gaps within the table structure

any thoughts?

actually it is good if you save what ever graphics files in the the sig file as well in a seperate folder
that way if you build them for someone you can just zip the entire lot up and send it

Hi Chris

Yes I just found out that when you build your own stationery include images, make sure you upload them to documents and settings\%usrname%\application data\microsoft\stationery folder so they sit with the htm file. Just make sure when you build the file you only include the filename. Also CSS styles in the page are a good way to for this.

Lee,

Thanks for that - actually the stationery works better as a signature for some reason.

When i built the stationery page and uploaded files to public server as per outlook and DMX protocol the graphics links were not working either. I ended up running a sig file instead which works as well - so go figure.

Thanks for help
Chris
