Are there any tutorials or premium content (or can anyone give me some tips) on the site that show how to use update and delete record behaviours on the same page. I'm using PHP and MySQL. I've seen the tutorial for ASP, but not PHP.

Offhand I don't think so (I did a quick search). I know ImpAKT/NeXTensio (by InterAKT) extension suite have this feature.
