Help with Menu

I have a Menu with three values (Red, Blue, Green)When selected each of these values passes to a SQL query which returns me info from the DB
My question is, how can I add two more values (Red and Blue) and (All of the Above) to the menu and pass those values to the SQL query ?
Please Help!!!

Can you post your code so far and give us some idea of the table structure, with the datatypes?
