I find that when I either directly import a word doc. or cut and paste large amounts of text, there seems to be excess <p> between lines when I would rather just a line break. Is this a conversion error that is going on or do I need to format my text in a different manor before pasting it into DW?DWMX2004

It may very well be the conversion, not so much an error, but paragraph returns may be making those extra/unwanted <p> tags. One easy way is to copy>paste into wordpad, or texteditor and then try copy that then paste into DW. Maybe.

I tried opening the document in word pad, copying and then pasting, while I did lose some of formating, the over all lay out inregards to <p> tags is much better. Thank you.
