My customer needs:
A php program with password protection for a distributor to manage their
retailers/retailer orders and a separate login section for the
supplier/dropshipper.

The retailer section needs order processing, payment processing and individual
ID/account password assignment and protection. Once the retailer order is
placed, it needs to be available for the supplier/manufacturer to retrieve.


The supplier/manufacturer logs in to a separate password protected directory
and can see all pending orders (from all retailers here). They print each
one out individually, pack the shipment, and use the printout as the packing list for the box. The printout does not have any pricing info on it-just what was ordered and
where it is to be shipped. It also has the retailer's domain name on the
top of the packing slip(this makes it appear it is coming directly from them). After
printing out the order, the supplier needs to be able to mark the order
"shipped"...this deletes the order from the retailer section.

On the retailer login section, an admin section wherein the distributor can adjust each
retailer's credit, add retailers, and view each individual retailer's
transactions.

Does anyone know of a php script/program or three that can take care of these functionalities?

I'd search sites like PHP-scripts, SourceForge.net, and FreshMeat. I'd even look at Zend's site to see if anything like that is advertised.

This is definitely something custom, if you ask me.
