Hi, I cannot seem to find any information on making sub folders in the DMX 2004 library. I am running a large site with many people working on it (who all have separate permissions) and I was thinking of using the library as a place to put grfx and files for everyone to share. I found information saying Flash has a "make a new folder" option at the bottom of the library panel but there is nothing on DMX. By the way, I create the permissions so I can make any changes to them that I need to (servU). Thanks, Shell

No, Dreamweaver & Fireworks Library panels don't have a folders feature (like Flash). Now that you mention it I almost wish they did, but DW breaks the assets down into categories but only Colors, Linrary Items, URLs/Links, etc. and they allow you to bookmark favorites (most used).

You can fill out Macromedia's Wish list form on their site and send them the idea.

Thanks Chris. I am building a big site using nested templates and I have not yet checked to see how the library thing will work with everyone's permissions (serveU). I was also looking for a repository for elements, clip art etc. that everyone could access for their use. I will look around for something that will serve the purpose.
