HelloIm trying to get my site to update the cache site in the viewers browser
something like a refresh, im getting someone who views old pages of my web page as he uses his favourites to get to the web site.

HTML headers, I think <b>META tag</b>, can have a <i>no-cache</i> attribute. That'll force the users' browser to load the latest version each visit.
