If you are using CSS to style your text, then use <i>pixels</i> as your size units.

The user can always change the text, and thanks god for that <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle> I belive the only way out of that is using flash. But do you use html,css and/or server scripting you cant do anything about it sorry

Or images too. If you use images, remember to use <i>alt</i> text.

I had always been under the impression that using <i>pixel</i> units in CSS for text actually limits it to only that pixel size(s), and <i>%</i> & <i>em</i> units allow the user to change the text size with their browser.
For reference, why would you want the prevent the user from changing text size, as allowing users is a Web Accessibility requirement.

Look, the answer is my website doesn´t look preety good (At least so good as I want! <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle> when the users increase the size in Internet Explorer. I think anyone can see the sentences preety good.
